OUR QUALIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
While still new by some standards, our ever growing experience with service on pianos of all makes and models has developed expertise in regulation, action adjustment, and minor repairs. We approach every instrument with meticulous care and don't take on jobs beyond our skillset.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Through hands-on mentorship with experienced technicians and many hours working on instruments, our approach combines traditional techniques with continuous learning of the best tricks of the trade.
Maintaining transparency about our scope of work and referring out when specialized training is required, every session includes an assessment to determine who in our network would be best suited to assist when we cannot.
